All Jewels are Artisan Handcrafted in America, and are guaranteed for workmanship. If any item requires repair due to workmanship, repair is free of charge for a three month period from date of purchase. That is more than enough time to become aware of any handcrafted issue. If your Jewel becomes damaged due to an accident, then I will be happy to see if it can be repaired, and pass on savings compared to taking it into a Jewelry Store for repairs.

All items are beautifully wrapped in a quality box or silk pouch ready for gift giving, and come with specific care instructions. Most items are shipped one business day after purchase. A delivery confirmation number or customs declaration number will be emailed to you with an estimated delivery date.
